How do I know if my order has been delivered?

You will be able to find the delivery status of your order under your OZSHANTI account or in the confirmation email we sent your order was dispatched. In most cases, you will also receive tracking updates from the carrier directly via email and/or SMS.

If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it, please check your surrounding area for the order to see if the driver has put it in a safe place where it’s not visible from the street.

It says my order has been delivered but I can’t find it, help!

Not a problem! Get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This will take approx. 1-2 business days to be completed from the time you contact us. Don’t forget to take a look around your property thoroughly! If you need your items urgently you can reorder them whilst we are waiting for the courier investigation to be completed.

How do I track my OZSHANTI order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our Vendors and is on its way to you. We will send you the tracking details in an email. If you have placed an order where your items are being sent from multiple locations, you will receive multiple emails with tracking details. This means your items may be delivered on different days.

You can also track your orders via your OZSHANTI account.

Remember to track each parcel separately for accurate delivery estimates.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time frames provided to you at checkout. However, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific day or time.

My parcel has not been delivered yet, and it has been 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Before you contact us, we strongly urge you to contact your respective courier and check with them. If they do not respond to you between 1-2 business days, let us know. We will launch an investigation with the courier. This will take approx 1-3 business days to be completed from the time you contact us.

Can you guarantee delivery on a certain date?

Whilst we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date and time selected. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA.
